How Can severe Pain In The Arm And Shin Be Treated?

I about a month ago my left arm started hurting . It seems it is in my muscles from my shoulder to my wrist. Then my groin and shins are having pain. The pain is similar to a shin splint but constant and occasionally I have sharp shooting pains in both my legs and groin area. I am not new to walking. I have been walking anywhere from one to three miles per day for over a year. The pain in my arm and legs is becoming unbearable. What in the world can be the problem?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to vitamin d and b12 deficiency. So better to rule out that by checking blood levels of those. If it is then taking supplements will be helpful.
Thanks.
